Welcome. This website is run by JSabo Art, a division of All Ways Entertainment, Inc., a Florida corporation (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them as plain as we can.
Every original painting is one of a kind, painted by Jeanette Sabo. Prints are archival reproductions, made to order for you. Sizes listed for prints are the size of the print itself.
We photograph every piece as truly as we can, but colors can look a little different from one screen to the next, and handmade work has natural texture and variation. These aren’t defects; they’re part of the art.
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken securely at checkout through PayPal, which also accepts debit and credit cards. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.
Prices can change at any time. If a price or a detail on the site is wrong, or an original has already sold, we may cancel the order. If that happens, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.
All sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged, we’ll work it out with you. The details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
All artwork, photographs and writing on this site belong to Jeanette Sabo. When you buy an original or a print, you own that physical piece, but not the copyright. Please don’t copy, reproduce or use any of the images without our written permission. Sharing a link to the site is always welcome.
Please use the site for what it’s meant for: looking at and buying art. Don’t try to break it, copy it, or use it for anything unlawful.
We do our best to keep the site running and accurate, but it’s provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using the site or from an order, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
